We are first time buyers and met Chuck Goonan at an open house and liked him right away. Soon he was meeting us at other open houses to learn about our preferences. He also arranged for us to view homes by appointment. We submitted a bid on a house but lost, and he was there to encourage us to keep trying. Finally, we found a great house and submitted a bid after discussing various strategies with Chuck. Ours proved to be the winning bid, and Chuck was happy to deliver the news that our offer had been accepted. Throughout the financing process, the deposits, the final walk-through, and the closing he was always available for questions and facilitated communication with the sellers’ agent. Much of our closing was done remotely, but in the end, he personally handed us the keys to our new house. We think Chuck Goonan made the process much more clear, open and friendly than it might otherwise have been and highly recommend him to anyone searching for a house.
