I can’t thank Jane Coit and her JCrew enough for their amazing work getting us through an emotional journey selling our house of 45 years. The house featured woodland gardens that I had worked on for more than 30 years. Jane’s amazing drone videos accentuated the gardens that led to finding buyers that were a perfect fit! She also had a keen eye on the market, and we managed to sell at a higher price than we expected. We were so pleased that we asked her to help us buy our new condo. She managed to help us buy the condo at a lower price, which has increased dramatically since we bought it! My wife and I highly recommend Jane Coit! April has been a long-term friend since I was in 6th grade. She has always been the most ambitious, driven,organized, outgoing, and independent woman I know. I am so happy to see her bring these amazing qualities to her job. My husband and I worked with her during this extremely difficult market. After every let down and offer that wasn’t accepted, she was always there for us with positivity. She would always say you just haven’t found the home for you yet. We finally placed an offer on a new build and closed less than a month ago. April was always there to talk day or night and updated us every step of the way. We are first time buyers and met Chuck Goonan at an open house and liked him right away. Soon he was meeting us at other open houses to learn about our preferences. He also arranged for us to view homes by appointment. We submitted a bid on a house but lost, and he was there to encourage us to keep trying. Finally, we found a great house and submitted a bid after discussing various strategies with Chuck. Ours proved to be the winning bid, and Chuck was happy to deliver the news that our offer had been accepted. Throughout the financing process, the deposits, the final walk-through, and the closing he was always available for questions and facilitated communication with the sellers’ agent. Much of our closing was done remotely, but in the end, he personally handed us the keys to our new house. We think Chuck Goonan made the process much more clear, open and friendly than it might otherwise have been and highly recommend him to anyone searching for a house.

When it comes to Lisa and Jen and the Jane Coit Real Estate its very difficult to write a review. I have so many good things to say. They are truly professionals and real. Its real refreshing to be represented by REAL people that undersdand your needs.

My husband and I worked with April to buy our first home this summer. April was beyond amazing and literally everything you could ask for in a realtor (especially as a first-time home buyer).
