It’s been a while since I purchased a new home, and Meg was the first realtor I’ve worked with who represented my best interests. After seeing each potential new home, she made sure to brief me and summarize the situation, often pointing out things I should be aware of that could affect the price which I otherwise might have missed. When it came time to make an offer, she did a thorough analysis comparing similar homes in the area and helped me make the best offer decision. April is the best person to have by your side for this process. She is a one of a kind human but more importantly your biggest advocate during the many stages of buying/selling a home. HIGHLY recommend Jen Bolle from Jane Coit. Jen helped us to sell and buy and then sell and buy again just two short years later when we wanted to move back to the neighborhood we left.

We have tried in the past to work without an agent, and it was a complicated disaster. Working with Jen made the process so much smoother because she fields all the communication & is highly responsive and always made us feel supported (and not crazy for moving again!). We always felt like she had our best interest at heart and you need that because moving is so stressful.
