My wife and I were looking to get into a bigger house as our family was growing. We met with Chuck Goonan of Jane Coit Real Estate early on in our process and he took EXTREMELY good care of us. I can’t thank Jane Coit and her JCrew enough for their amazing work getting us through an emotional journey selling our house of 45 years. The house featured woodland gardens that I had worked on for more than 30 years. Jane’s amazing drone videos accentuated the gardens that led to finding buyers that were a perfect fit! She also had a keen eye on the market, and we managed to sell at a higher price than we expected. We were so pleased that we asked her to help us buy our new condo.
