We recently purchased our first home and I’m not sure what I feel luckier about, finding the perfect house or having April as our realtor. As first time home buyers we were absolutely clueless on the entire process and we are so thankful for all of the support April gave us. My wife and I were looking to get into a bigger house as our family was growing. We met with Chuck Goonan of Jane Coit Real Estate early on in our process and he took EXTREMELY good care of us. From the selling of our original house, and getting us an offer we couldn’t say no to after the first open house, to navigating a very frustrating market, to getting us into a house that had everything we could have hoped for, he was there every step of the way and never let us get too frustrated. I bombarded him with texts throughout the process, and he would immediately respond with answers to every question I could think of. His positive attitude was exactly what we needed, and he told us from the start if we stay patient, we will find exactly what we want. And he was right! Jane and Jess are the best realtors you could ask for! I have used them to buy and sell homes over the past few years. Being in the mortgage business I deal with realtors on a daily basis and no team is more communicative and knowledgeable than Jane and Jess.
