Not only was she friendly & responded to every call but she was extremely knowledgeable of the area and what my house should be listed for and ultimately had an over asking offer in only 2 hours. Such a pleasure working with Jane Coit to buy a home in Plymouth, MA. I started looking in early April, and had new keys in hand by the end of May! I was relocating from the North Shore, and Jane went above and beyond to understand what was important to me, while educating me on the neighborhoods, schools and market.
