HIGHLY recommend Jen Bolle from Jane Coit. Jen helped us to sell and buy and then sell and buy again just two short years later when we wanted to move back to the neighborhood we left.

We have tried in the past to work without an agent, and it was a complicated disaster. Working with Jen made the process so much smoother because she fields all the communication & is highly responsive and always made us feel supported (and not crazy for moving again!).
