Michael Mulligan has been a licensed real estate agent for more than 20 years working in the Plymouth area, where he also resides. He proudly lists and sells homes built by his company, Absolute Building Consultants, which he founded in 2008. Having worked with hundreds of families, Michael has built a reputation for quality construction, honesty, and efficiency.

As a builder Michael enjoys working with customers who have older cottages or homes they want torn down and rebuilt. Seeing their vision brought to fruition is a pleasure for Michael and his team. He also acquires lots to purchase throughout Plymouth and neighboring Towns where he builds new homes and lists them for sale. Passing on the family legacy as a builder and spending quality time with his children and grandchildren is a priority. During the Winter months Michael escapes to his warm retreat in sunny Florida when possible, leaving his son Shane Mulligan (fourth generation of Mulligan builders), to keep the jobs running smoothly.
